We send all subscription boxes using a trackable service. We can see when a box has been despatched, when it’s in transit and when it’s been signed for and delivered. We’re happy to share this information with you.
Some delivery services may choose to leave your delivery with a neighbour or in a safe space around your property. In these instances, they will leave a card to tell you where it is.
If your delivery has been lost, please contact us and we will look into it for you ASAP.
