Bone supplements

Does menopause affect your bones?

During menopause, as oestrogen levels drop, bone density can reduce. This can lead to some women developing osteoporosis. The impact of osteoporosis can be massive, with 2 in every 3 women aged over 60 likely to experience a fracture. If for any reason, your bone mass isn’t great before menopause, you could be at greater risk of developing osteoporosis.

Are supplements sustainable?

Great question. We try and only supply natural, organic and vegetarian supplements where possible. We only work with UK suppliers and aim to lower our carbon footprint as far as we possibly can.

We have to rely on our suppliers to give us accurate information, but as far as we can, we work with suppliers who share our commitment to environmental sustainability and ecological protection.
