Will the cost of my subscription increase?

We’re committed to keeping our prices as low as possible, however, we reserve the right to increase our prices.

We will always let you know of any price rises in advance. You remain in complete control of your subscription and can cancel at any time (but we hope you don’t!).

Where do you store my data?

At Stronger Bones, we’re committed to protecting your data. We comply with all regulations including GDPR and store all information securely. Only those who need access to your data have it, and all data is protected through passwords and other security measures.

My box hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

We send all subscription boxes using a trackable service. We can see when a box has been despatched, when it’s in transit and when it’s been signed for and delivered. We’re happy to share this information with you.

Some delivery services may choose to leave your delivery with a neighbour or in a safe space around your property. In these instances, they will leave a card to tell you where it is.

If your delivery has been lost, please contact us and we will look into it for you ASAP.

My card has run expired. What can I do?

If the card you use to pay for your subscription has expired you’ll need to update it to continue to receive your Stronger Bones subscription. If the card you use with Paypal has expired, you’ll need to update it on Paypal. In some cases, Paypal will use an alternative source of payment for your subscription. This is out of our control and not something we can change.

I want to buy a subscription for a friend. Can I do this?

You can buy a subscription for a friend, family member or loved one if you want to. You’ll need to ensure that you provide the person’s full address. Your subscription will continue until you tell us you want to stop. You can cancel your subscription at any time without any penalties or costs.

Can I use Paypal to pay for my regular subscription?

Paypal is a great way to pay for your subscription package. Paypal takes care of everything behind the scenes, charging your card and sending us the money. Once we’ve received the payment, we’ll send your subscription box.

It’s simple, secure and safe.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes!

You’re in complete control of your subscription and can cancel at any time. Simply access your account and cancel. There are no penalties for cancelling and we charge you no termination fee.

If you ever want to re-subscribe (and we hope you do) then just sign-up as you did before, and you’ll start to receive delivers according to your schedule.

When will I receive my subscription box?

We’ll process your order as soon as we receive it. All orders are processed and sent out on the 1st and 15th of each month. If either date falls on a weekend, we will ship the Monday after.
